Patrick Gallen is one of the newest members of the Sports Journey Radio team. From October of 2007 until July 2008, Pat worked in the production department for the National Basketball Association in Secaucus, NJ. In the summer of 2006, he got his first taste of the sports industry as an intern at Comcast SportsNet Philadelphia with the show “Daily News Live.” Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pat went on to West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where he majored in Communications Studies with an emphasis in Journalism. In addition to his work with SportsJourney, Pat is currently a Senior Writer for Thinkphillysports.com, as well as the Philadelphia Phillies Examiner for Examiner.com. Since June of ’08, Pat has also been a regular guest on The Other Side with Ari Bluestein as a lead NBA analyst.
