Just like in stick and ball sports, racing teams are not just hibernating during the off-season. New ideas are being talked about and worked on in the shop. Some groups have new chassis or new clutch combinations; others may be adding a whole new team that will work and Crew Chief on the car.

Similar to the on-field sports, these drivers, along with their crews, get an opportunity to shake the rust off and get to test the whole package at the Pro Winter Warm-up at Palm Beach International Raceway.
March 5th – 7th.

NHRA Top Fuel and Funny Car Teams will get an opportunity to work out the inactivity and get their teams into a rhythm. Doing so will enable them to hit the ground running at the 2021 season-opening Gatornationals at Gainesville Raceway in Gainesville, Florida.

The NHRA Camping World Teams that are scheduled to participate in this session are as follows:

-Don Schumacher Racing (Ron Capps, Antron Brown, Leah Pruett, and Matt Hagan)
– Torrence Racing (Steve Torrence, Billy Torrence)
– Kalitta Motorsports (Doug Kalitta, J.R. Todd, and Shawn Langdon)
– John Force Racing (John Force, Robert Hight, and Brittany Force)
-Cruz Pedregon Racing (Cruz Pedregon)
– Alexis DeJoria/Del Worsham (Alexis DeJoria)
-Justin Ashley Racing (Justin Ashley)
-Scrappers Racing (Mike Salinas)
-Tasca Racing (Bob Tasca III)
-Paul Lee Racing (Paul Lee)
-Head Racing / Blake Alexander Racing (Blake Alexander).

The test session is open to the public and will be the only South Florida appearance for the Nitro burning machines of the NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series. Every ticket purchased for the event is a pit pass giving fans fantastic access to the drivers and Crew.
