The first edition of Sports Journey with Anthony Armstrong of 2011 was about as real as it gets.
Redskins linebacker Lorenzo Alexander joined Armstrong, Lake Lewis and Chuck Carroll to reflect on the 2010 season and looking ahead to the offseason. To say he shoots straight from the hip would be an understatement.
Alexander and Armstrong also provided a rare, in depth look at the looming lockout from the eyes of player. It’s definitely worth a look.
Plus, Armstrong made good on his promise to bring Chuck a shirt that was a little more “him.” Chuck left singing the blues… in a good way.
