It’s Week 14 on the NFL schedule and the Washington Redskins will be facing the Green Bay Packers for their second straight road game and looking to win three straight overall and three straight over their NFC North opponent.

Not much is expected of the Redskins (3-9), however, as the oddsmakers have them as a Week 14 league-high, 14.5 point underdogs against the Packers (9-3).

Here are several statistical feats to watch for in the Redskins seventh road game of the season.

OFFENSE

Quarterback Dwayne Haskins Jr. [801] needs 199 passing yards to become to the 10th rookie in franchise history to reach 1,000 yards. The former Ohio State star will try to win back-to-back road games to become the first rookie quarterback to do so since Robert Griffin III achieved the mark in 2012 [Week 11-Week 15].

Coming off of an impressive rushing performance in a win over the Carolina Panther, the Redskins rushing attack of Adrian Peterson, Derrius Guice, and Chris Thompson will look to duplicate the feat in back-to-back games for the first time since Week 6-Week 7 of 2013.

The rushing attack will also look to run for three or more touchdowns in consecutive games for the first time since Week 2-Week 3 of 1999.

Peterson [2,972] needs to rush 25 times to pass Eric Dickerson [2,996] to move into ninth place on the NFL’s all-time rushing list. Peterson [108] needs two rushing touchdowns to tie No. 4 Walter Payton on the NFL’s all-time rushing list and [114] totaling two touchdowns to tie No’s. 13 John Riggins [116] and Antonio Gates [116] on the all-time list.

Guice looks to rush for 125+ yards in back-to-back games to become the first Redskin to achieve that since Clinton Portis had a four-game streak from Week 4-Week 8 of 2008.

Wide Receiver Terry McLaurin [42] needs eight catches to bring his season total to 50 and join Gary Clark [72, 1985], Jamison Crowder [59, 2015], Art Monk [58, 1980] and Charley Taylor [1964] as the only rookies in franchise history to do so. McLaurin recording his third 100-yard receiving yards game will tie a franchise record for most 100-yard receiving games by a rookie [Gary Clark, 1985].

The former Ohio State standout needs to catch [two] or more touchdown passes to tie and break the record for most games with multiple receiving touchdowns by a rookie [Charlie Brown, 1982]. McLaurin [646] recording 104 yards to reach 750, joining Gary Clark [926, 1985], Anthony Armstrong [871, 2010], Charley Taylor [814, 1964] and Art Monk [58, 797] as the only rookies to record that in their rookie seasons.

DEFENSE

The Redskins defense is looking to record at least six sacks in three straight games for the first time in franchise history and also accomplish at least seven sacks in back-to-back games for the first time since Week 9 and Week 10 of the 1984 season.

The defense needs four sacks to bring their season total to 40 [35 since Week 5].

What Would a Redskins Win Over the Packers Mean?

The Redskins defense needs to recover one fumble and record one interception for the fourth straight game which is their longest streak going back to Week 17 of 2011 to Week 3 of 2012.

Linebacker Cole Holcomb needs two tackles to become the sixth Redskins rookie to reach 80 tackles in his first season [Last time: LaRon Landry, 95, 2007].

Linebacker Ryan Kerrigan [89] needs 2.5 sacks to pass Dexter Manley [91] for the all-time franchise record.

Safety Landon Collins [102] needs eight tackles to be the first Redskins defensive back since Sean Taylor [111, 2006] to record at least 110 tackles in a season.

SPECIAL TEAMS

Kicker Dustin Hopkins will look to make three field goals in three consecutive games for the first time since Week 1-Week 3 since 2016.

Wide Receiver and Returner Steven Sims Jr. [666] needs 44 kickoff return yards to become the fourth rookie in franchise history to have 700+ yards [Last time: Brandon Banks, 1,155, 2010]. Sims Jr.also looks to return a kickoff for a touchdown to join Eddie Saenz [1947] as the only Redskin in franchise history to have multiple kickoff return touchdowns in one season.
