The Washington Commanders travel to the West Coast this weekend for a Week 15 contest against the Los Angeles Rams. After a bye week, the Commanders face the third of four games against an NFC West opponent. Washington’s first two games against NFC West opponents produced a Week 1 home win (20-16) over the Arizona Cardinals and a Week 10 road loss (29-26) to the Seattle Seahawks.

Kickoff for this week’s game is scheduled for 4:05 p.m. EST on Sunday.

The game marks the eighth road contest for the Commanders who have posted an overall record of 4-9 and are 3-4 away from DC. Washington is on a four-game losing streak and appears a month away from a seemingly inevitable overhaul of the coaching staff, front office, and possible players.

Los Angeles comes into the game with a record of 6-7 and still has an outside chance to make the playoffs as a wildcard participant.  The Rams lost a closely fought overtime game last week in Baltimore against the Ravens.

The Commanders’ last game was an embarrassing performance at home in a 45-15 loss to the Miami Dolphins.

Washington has a 14-5-1 record on the road against Los Angeles and is 24-12-1 all-time against the Rams. The teams last played in Los Angeles back in 2017. A game Washington won 27-20 at the L.A. Coliseum. The most recent contest between the two teams was a 30-10 loss to the Rams at FedEx Field.

Here is a look at how both teams ‘Stats Stack Up‘ against each other heading into Week 15 of the NFL season.
