Dolphins’ Tyreek Hill Carted Off With Knee Injury, Taken to Hospital for Evaluation

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill was carted off the field with a knee injury Monday night and transported to a local hospital for further testing, according to NFL.com.

Hill went down after being tackled along the sideline by New York Jets defensive back Malachi Moore. Medical staff quickly cut off his cleat, placed his leg in a stabilizer, and helped load him onto a cart before he was taken off the field, NFL.com reported.
At the time of the injury, Hill had recorded six catches for 67 yards, leading Miami in receiving. The Dolphins later announced he would not return to the game, according to a team statement on X.

The team also posted on its official X account that Hill had been taken to the hospital for evaluation, adding that further updates would be provided as available. The setback comes amid a string of high-profile injuries across the NFL in recent weeks, as several teams have lost key playmakers to serious setbacks early in the season.

Hill, a seven-time Pro Bowl selection, is a central piece of Miami’s explosive offense. His status moving forward remains uncertain as the Dolphins await results from medical imaging and observation.
