NHRA Top Fuel driver Ida Zetterström is set to ignite the 2026 season at the NHRA 4-Wide Nationals, April 24-26, at zMAX Dragway in Concord, North Carolina. This event marks her first outing of the year, and it will be her debut behind the wheel for Shawn Reed Racing.

Adding to the excitement, Zetterström will unveil a new primary partner, GlobalSKU, an AI-powered commerce platform making its first foray into NHRA drag racing. Known for simplifying online selling through image recognition and instant market analysis, GlobalSKU enables users to scan an item, check pricing in real-time, and generate ready-to-publish listings across multiple marketplaces—all in seconds.

“The entire GlobalSKU team is thrilled to partner with Ida Zetterström and Shawn Reed Racing. They embody the precision, accuracy, and speed the GlobalSKU app gives all its users,” said Gary Stephens, founder of GlobalSKU. “Entrepreneurs to Enterprises. What a thrill to make our entrance into NHRA with this team. We can’t wait to see where this partnership takes us with Ida at the wheel.”

The alignment between Zetterström and GlobalSKU feels almost inevitable. Top Fuel racing is a sport of thousandths of a second, where precision, efficiency, and performance are non-negotiable. GlobalSKU’s technology-driven approach aligns with these values, fostering a synergy between the racetrack and digital commerce.

“I’m incredibly proud to partner with GlobalSKU and Shawn Reed Racing for my first race of the season,” Zetterström said. “GlobalSKU is bringing something completely new into our sport, and I love how their focus on speed, efficiency, and innovation aligns with what we do in Top Fuel. For me, it’s about building partnerships that go beyond the racetrack, and this is a great example of that.”

Shawn Reed echoed the sentiment, emphasizing the strategic opportunity of this debut. “We’re excited to have Ida in the car for Charlotte,” he said. “She’s the real deal, and this is a great opportunity to make a strong statement together as a team. It’s also great to welcome GlobalSKU to the program and to the sport. This is exactly the kind of partnership that helps move our program forward.”

While this Charlotte event is currently a one-race agreement, Zetterström is actively seeking additional partners to expand her 2026 NHRA schedule. The weekend will serve as a proving ground to demonstrate the performance, scalability, and brand value of her program to prospective collaborators.

Zetterström first made waves in NHRA in 2024, following a decorated European career, including two Super Street Bike championships and the 2023 FIA European Top Fuel Championship. Since transitioning to the U.S., she has quickly emerged as a rising star, combining competitive prowess with an engaging personal brand that resonates with fans worldwide.

Charlotte will also feature a mix of returning and new associate partners. VP Racing Fuels and Dodge continue their long-term collaboration, while Simpson Racing and Bandero Tequila join the program for the first time, adding depth and energy to Zetterström’s 2026 campaign.

Fans can witness the debut in person at zMAX Dragway via NHRA.TV’s live streaming, or on FS1’s broadcast coverage, as Zetterström begins the next chapter of her NHRA journey with speed, innovation, and a bold new partner in tow.
