Bryce Young was named NFC Offensive Player of the Week after delivering the best performance of his young career in Carolina’s 30–27 overtime win at Atlanta. The Panthers quarterback completed 31 of 45 passes for a franchise-record 448 yards, tossing three touchdowns with no interceptions for a 123.2 passer rating.
Young became only the fifth quarterback under 25 to post at least 30 completions, 425 passing yards, three touchdowns and zero interceptions in a game, joining Patrick Mahomes, Drew Bledsoe, Lamar Jackson and C.J. Stroud. It marks Young’s first weekly honor and makes him the second Panthers player to win the award this season.
In Philadelphia, defensive tackle Jordan Davis was named NFC Defensive Player of the Week after recording three passes defensed and anchoring a dominant Eagles effort in a 16–9 win over Detroit. Davis became the fourth defensive lineman this season to register at least three passes defensed in a game.
The former first-round pick also became just the fourth player since 2006 to win both a Defensive and Special Teams Player of the Week award in the same season.
Los Angeles Rams punter Ethan Evans earned NFC Special Teams honors after pinning Seattle deep throughout a 21–19 win. Evans placed four of his six punts inside the 20, including a 50-yard kick downed at the one-yard line with under two minutes remaining. It is Evans’ second career weekly award.

Buffalo’s Josh Allen was named AFC Offensive Player of the Week after compiling a historic performance in the Bills’ 44–32 win over Tampa Bay. Allen threw for 317 yards and three touchdowns, while adding three rushing scores, becoming the only player in NFL history to record such a stat line — a feat he also achieved once before in 2024.
Allen also tied Cam Newton for the most career rushing touchdowns by a quarterback (75). The award is his 17th, the most in Bills history.
Miami Dolphins linebacker Jordyn Brooks earned AFC Defensive Player of the Week after recording 20 tackles in the team’s 16–13 overtime victory against Washington in Madrid — the NFL’s first regular season game in Spain. Brooks’ total marks the highest single-game tackle count in the league this season.
Denver Broncos kicker Wil Lutz secured AFC Special Teams honors after converting all five field goal attempts, including a 54-yarder and the 35-yard game-winner, in a 22–19 win over Kansas City. It is Lutz’s seventh career weekly award, and his second this season.
