Week 15 reshaped narratives across the league. Records fell, roles changed, and several performances forced a second look at where teams are headed. As a result, the NFL’s Players of the Week reflected more than box scores. They highlighted momentum, leverage, and moments that tilted games in decisive ways.

Offense: Kyle Pitts, TE, Atlanta Falcons
Kyle Pitts delivered the defining performance of his career in Atlanta’s 29–28 win at Tampa Bay. He finished with 11 receptions for 166 yards and three touchdowns, all career highs.
Notably, Pitts became only the fourth tight end in NFL history to record at least 10 catches, 150 receiving yards, and three touchdown receptions in a single game. The others include Shannon Sharpe, Kellen Winslow, and Todd Christensen. He tied for the league lead in receiving touchdowns during Week 15, while ranking second in receiving yards and third in receptions.
This marked Pitts’ first Player of the Week award. He is only the second Falcons tight end to earn Offensive Player of the Week honors, joining Alge Crumpler. He is also the first former Florida tight end to receive the award and the first Florida player overall since Rex Grossman in 2006.
Defense: D’Marco Jackson, LB, Chicago Bears
Chicago Bears linebacker D’Marco Jackson earned NFC Defensive Player of the Week after a complete outing in a 31–3 win over Cleveland. Jackson recorded seven tackles, two passes defensed, a sack, and an interception.
Importantly, he was the only NFC player this season to reach those benchmarks in a single game. The award is the first Defensive Player of the Week honor of Jackson’s career.
Meanwhile, Jackson became the fourth Bears player to win Player of the Week honors in 2025. He is also the first Chicago linebacker to earn Defensive Player of the Week since Danny Trevathan in 2018. Additionally, Jackson is the fourth former Appalachian State player to receive a weekly honor and the second to do so on defense.
Special Teams: Jason Myers, K, Seattle Seahawks
Jason Myers closed the door on Indianapolis with one of the most efficient kicking performances of the season. Myers converted all six field goal attempts, including a game-winning 56-yard kick, in Seattle’s 18–16 victory.
His makes came from 47, 52, 46, 32, 30, and 56 yards. As a result, his six field goals tied the most by any kicker in a single game this season. His 18 points ranked second in Week 15.
This is Myers’ third Special Teams Player of the Week award and his second with Seattle. He now owns the second-most such honors by a Seahawks kicker, trailing only Josh Brown.

Offense: Trevor Lawrence, QB, Jacksonville Jaguars
Trevor Lawrence produced one of the most complete offensive performances in league history during Jacksonville’s 48–20 win over the New York Jets. He passed for 330 yards, threw five touchdown passes, added a rushing touchdown, and finished without an interception. He also rushed for 51 yards.
As a result, Lawrence became the first player in NFL history to record at least 300 passing yards, 50 rushing yards, five passing touchdowns, and a rushing touchdown in a single game.
This is Lawrence’s fourth Player of the Week award and his first of the 2025 season. He now ranks third in Jaguars history for Player of the Week honors, trailing only Josh Scobee and Bryan Barker. Among former Clemson players, he sits second behind Deshaun Watson.
Defense: Alohi Gilman, S, Baltimore Ravens
Baltimore Ravens safety Alohi Gilman earned AFC Defensive Player of the Week after anchoring a shutout win at Cincinnati. Gilman recorded eight tackles, a pass defensed, and an 84-yard defensive touchdown.
Notably, he was the only defensive player to score a touchdown in Week 15. This marked Gilman’s first Defensive Player of the Week award.
He became just the second Ravens player to earn the honor this season. Additionally, Gilman is the third Ravens safety to win Defensive Player of the Week in the past 10 seasons. He is also the sixth former Notre Dame safety to receive the award.
Special Teams: Cameron Dicker, K, Los Angeles Chargers
Cameron Dicker delivered a steady performance in a narrow Chargers win over Kansas City. He converted all three field goal attempts, including two from 49 yards, and added his lone extra point in the 16–13 victory.
Dicker was the only AFC kicker from a winning team to make every field goal attempt while converting multiple kicks from beyond 40 yards in Week 15.
This marked Dicker’s sixth career Player of the Week award and his fifth with the Chargers. He joins John Carney as the only Chargers kickers with at least five weekly honors. Additionally, Dicker became one of only three former Texas players to earn six or more Special Teams Player of the Week awards.
